Apprenticeship Requirements

1. Only one apprentice per licensed cosmetologist or barber.
   All incomplete applications will be returned.
2. Copy of high school diploma, GED, or official transcript indicating completion of 10^th
3. Non-refundable application fee of $350.00.
   Money order made payable to Simply Styling School of Cosmetology (application fee will be applied to tuition balance)
4. Contact the testing service for an exam application after completion of the Cosmetology Licensing Training Program.
5. Computer-Minimum requirements
   • a.i. Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher
   • a.ii. Netscape Communicator 4.5 or higher

8. Two-way video conferencing (2400 resolution) equipment with audio microphone

Salons participating in our Cosmetology Licensing Training Program must follow all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
